What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychotherapy designed to help people heal from distressing memories, emotional wounds, and irrational fears.


By allowing the brain to reprocess stuck memories and reduce their emotional charge, EMDR helps release trauma and dissolve phobias at their root.
