By accessing the Website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Legal Entity & Jurisdiction

Adam & Eve Garden LLC, registered in Delaware, USA, is the official legal entity for: International coaching services Digital products and memberships Online therapy where legally permitted In-person sessions in Egypt are delivered under local Egyptian regulations for psychological support, coaching, and therapeutic practice. For international clients, these Terms are governed by Delaware law; for in-person services in Egypt, Egyptian law applies.

1. Terms of Use

This website provides educational content, therapy and coaching services, workshops, and digital products. You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully.

We reserve the right to modify or remove content, or restrict access to services at our discretion.

You Must Not:

Use this site for illegal or harmful purposes

Attempt to breach security or access private areas

Republish, reproduce, or commercially exploit content without written permission

2.Confidentiality & Ethics

All therapy and coaching sessions are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the COSRT (UK) Code of Ethics and Practice.

Therapy services are not suitable for emergency mental health support. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or crisis helpline.

❗Confidentiality may only be broken if:

There is risk of harm to yourself or others

Abuse of a minor or vulnerable person is disclosed (where legally required)

A legal obligation arises (e.g., court order)

You provide written consent to share information

3. Client Eligibility

Services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. While I work with a wide range of clients, my services are not suitable for individuals experiencing severe psychiatric disorders or in need of emergency mental health care. In such cases, I will help refer you to an appropriate local provider or clinic.

4. Scope of Services

Services are not crisis or emergency care.
Therapy and coaching are distinct. Coaching is not a substitute for psychological therapy, and should not be used in place of medical or psychiatric care.

The services offered include:

Psychosexual & relationship therapy (Egypt: in-person, International: online)

Digital downloads and educational materials

Business & executive coaching

Workshops and masterclasses

Relationship coaching

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Therapy and coaching sessions:

Must be prepaid via Stripe, or direct transfer (as applicable)

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice

Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable

Discovery calls are free and offered once per person

Business Coaching Sessions:

Must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule

Sessions are non-refundable unless cancellation policy is met

Workshops, digital programs, and memberships:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated

No refunds will be given for downloadable or digital content once accessed

Membership cancellation ends access at the end of your billing cycle

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.amiraeldeeb.com — including articles, worksheets, masterclasses, downloads, and videos — is the intellectual property of Amira ElDeeb / Adam & Eve Garden LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of this content without express written permission.

While my services are grounded in science, experience, and professional training, no outcomes are guaranteed. Each client’s progress depends on their own participation, life context, and readiness. My services do not replace medical care, psychiatric treatment, or emergency mental health support. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services in your country.

8. Governing Law

For clients outside of Egypt, these terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. For in-person sessions conducted at Cairo Psychology Clinic, Egyptian law and local practice guidelines apply.
